Non-Attorney Mediator Sign Up (Attorney Mediators Go To Attorney Sign Up)
Mediators who register on the Chorda® Two-Track site receive for one year’s use tools that are designed to enhance client, attorney, and mediator satisfaction. Complete the steps below to receive the following (the “Services”):
- License for one year to use the Chorda® Two-TrackTM Procedures Manual [hereinafter Procedures Manual] of agreements and guidelines for application of the Two-Track model to any case. Access for one year to upgrades to the Procedures Manual, at no charge as and when they are made available.
- Listing of your name for one year on the registry in the mediation category.
For years 2 and following, the annual fee includes continued listing on the registry, access to updated materials, continuing education through a web seminar, and additional written materials that complement those provided in the first year enrollment.
To sign up for the registry, please complete the following steps:
- Provide the information requested below.
- Email a one-paragraph biographical sketch, with photograph (optional) and link to your personal/business web site (optional), to kstewart@chorda.com to accompany your listing on the registry.
- Pay the annual fee.
Registration fee may be paid by one of two methods:

- Make secure online credit card payment through PayPal (after submitting information below).
- Upon receipt of payment, Chorda will enter your listing in the Registry and will email you the editable Procedures Manual.
- Read the online course materials, as stated by your agreement to the Term & Conditions below. Non-attorney mediators may request CE credit from their own professional organization.

- Chorda Conflict Management, Inc., dba Chorda® Two-Track Legal Registry and Education Services, makes no claim as to the credentials and qualifications of the attorneys, mediators, and arbitrators listed on this site. The full responsibility for evaluating academic, trade, professional, and ethical credentials of the individuals listed on this site rests with the party who wishes to engage the services of the individuals listed.
- By listing myself on this site, I indicate that I have read the materials on the site, including materials presented with the text-based online course entitled “The Two-Track Model for Legal Representation in Dispute Resolution” (click Continuing Education), and am therefore familiar with the Chorda® Two-Track model for legal representation in dispute resolution. Attorneys listed on this site agree that they may be available to serve, on a case-by-case basis, as attorneys, in the role of either Track 1 or Track 2 counsel, for either the plaintiff or defendant, but not as both Track 1 and Track 2 counsel on the same case. Furthermore, attorneys engaged in Track 1 work, and mediators participating in Track 1 work, agree that they will not accept a referral fee of any kind for referral of this case to anyone involved in litigation or arbitration of the same case.
- I affirm that the information provided to Chorda two-tracklawyers.com about myself is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I agree that the information is exclusively for the purpose of listing my information on the web site, making it available to users who may wish to contact me for mediation services. I hold harmless Chorda Conflict Management, Inc. from any liability, loss, cost or expenses arising out of or directly or indirectly related to my use of the registry, my selection as mediator by anyone utilizing the registry, or my service to clients. I understand that in consideration for my annual fee I receive the above-described Services, subject to these terms and conditions.

Chorda Conflict Management, Inc. reserves the right to modify all or any part of the Chorda® Two-Track Legal Registry and Education Services program, or to discontinue the program at any time, with or without notice.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL CHORDA CONFLICT MANAGEMENT, INC. OR ITS SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER ARISING AS A RESULT OF (i) THE USE OF THE REGISTRY, (ii) THE OFFER OR ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES DESCRIBED ON THE WEBSITE, (iii) ANY ASPECT OF THE CHORDA® TWO-TRACK LEGAL REGISTRY AND EDUCATION SERVICES PROGRAM, (iv) THE USE OF ANY INFORMATION OR FORMS PROVIDED; (v) THE LICENSE OF ANY PART OF THE PROGRAM, OR (vi) THE USE OF ANY PORTION OF THE PROGRAM COMPONENTS BY ANY PERSON. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, EVEN IF SUCH PERSON SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM SUCH PARTY’S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH LIMITATION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
