For Mediators
As the Two-Track model becomes known, many attorneys and parties will prefer to use mediators who are familiar with the model, including the conditions under which the case might proceed to Track 2. Accordingly, the Chorda® Two-Tracksm Legal Registry and Education Services provides the same education in Two-Track for mediators as it does for attorneys, and the opportunity to be listed on this registry as a mediator who is familiar with the Two-Track model.
Familiarity with the documents presented in the CLE online course provided on this site is required for inclusion as a mediator in the registry. If you are an attorney-mediator, completion of the course will provide 3 MCLE participatory credits (application pending in Texas, with similar credit available in other states, if requested by attorneys). All mediators may apply for continuing education credit with their professional associations. For course details, click CLE or Continuing Education.
