For Arbitrators

As the Two-Track model becomes more known, many attorneys and parties may prefer to use arbitrators who are familiar with the model, including the conditions under which the case might proceed to Track 2 arbitration.

Accordingly, the Chorda® Two-Tracksm Legal Registry and Education Services provides the same education in Two-Track for arbitrators as it does for attorneys and mediators, and the opportunity to be listed on this registry as an arbitrator who is familiar with the Two-Track model.

Familiarity with the documents presented in the CLE online course provided on this site is required for inclusion as an arbitrator in the registry. If you are an attorney-arbitrator, completion of the course will provide three MCLE participatory credits (application pending in Texas, with similar credit available in other states, if requested by attorneys). All arbitrators may also apply for continuing education credit with their professional associations. For course details, click CLE or Continuing Education.
