You have the option to receive Texas MCLE credit for completing the requirements of the self-paced, text-based course on this site (application for MCLE credit planned for other states, as requested by attorneys and as permitted by applicable MCLE guidelines). The materials presented through this online course are designed to familiarize you with the principles and practice of the two-track method so that you qualify to be included in the Two-Track Registry. Although you are not required to officially take the course for MCLE credit, your agreement to the terms of the Registry Agreement indicates that you have read the course materials.

Getting Started:

  1. Complete and submit the Registry sign-up page under Attorney Sign Up, Mediator Sign Up, or Arbitrator Sign Up.

  2. Submit the registration fee as instructed on the Sign Up page.

  3. Read the six course documents by selecting them below.  It is advised that you read them in the order listed.

  4. Access the course Bulletin Board if you wish to make comments or ask questions of the course instructors and other participating attorneys.  We encourage you to make use of this service.

  5. For MCLE credit, print the Course Evaluation Form, complete and sign it, and fax it to (512)474-4645.

  6. Your attendance will be reported to MCLE within one week of course completion.

Notes:

  1. You can access the course from any computer with an internet connection.
  2. If you require that your course attendance be reported to MCLE sooner than one week from the receipt of your faxed Course Evaluation Form, you may record your CLE credits for this course yourself on the MCLE page on the State Bar of Texas website. 
  3. Non-attorneys may apply for CE credit with their own professional associations.
